Family Dentistry of Short Pump

Schedule:

• Mon-Thurs 7:30 am- 4:30 pm

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.

Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

We have CE coverage available!

Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

Position: FullTime Dental Hygienist

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about improving patients' oral health and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate is:

• Hardworking - consistently demonstrates strong clinical standards, time management skills, and a commitment to highquality patient care.
• Collaborative - works efficiently within a team environment, communicates clearly, and contributes to a positive, solutionsoriented culture.
• Detailoriented - attentive to clinical accuracy, documentation, patient education, and infectioncontrol protocols.

This role is perfect for someone who brings both strong technical skills and a warm, patientfocused personality.


Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive care
• Take and interpret digital radiographs
• Deliver thorough and clear patient education
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure sterilization and infectioncontrol standards
• Support restorative care by collaborating with the doctor and clinical team
• Help maintain a smooth, efficient daily workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
