Our sales department moves fast, and this role keeps it running. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and like working with a team, you'll get a behind-the-scenes view of how dealership sales operations work, along with skills that open doors across the business.

Transparent Pay

$16.00–$19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly

What You'll Learn

Dealer trades and inventory management
Sales reporting, commissions, and operational data
How sales, finance, and management work together
Excel and business reporting skills

What You'll Do

Help sales managers coordinate and process dealer trades
Contact partner dealerships to verify vehicle availability and set up inventory exchanges
Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department
Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedules, reports, and updates
Maintain commission spreadsheets accurately and confidentially
Track internal vehicle inventory and car count sheets
Organize department records, paperwork, and reporting systems

What You Bring

Accuracy in data entry and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
