Job Description

Aramark Nexus is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at Caprock , our large-scale workforce hospitality community near Mobeetie, Texas, approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa.

This is a hands-on restaurant leadership role for someone who knows how to run a strong operation, lead a team, manage costs, and deliver a consistently high level of hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the full day-to-day restaurant operation, including staffing, payroll, inventory, food and beverage service, alcohol service, safety, compliance, and the overall guest experience.

This position requires open and flexible availability, including weekends and a seven-day operating environment . Typical scheduled hours are approximately 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM , but hours may change based on business and operational needs.

Living on site eliminates a daily commute and puts employees close to the operation and Caprock's growing amenities. Housing is provided while actively working at Caprock, with flexibility for employees to return home during scheduled time off.

Job Responsibilities

he Restaurant Manager will:

• Oversee daily restaurant and dining operations, ensuring consistent service, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

• Lead, coach, schedule, and support restaurant employees while creating clear expectations and accountability.

• Manage payroll, labor, operating expenses, and assigned budgets.

• Monitor restaurant performance and make adjustments to improve service, productivity, and financial results.

• Oversee food, beverage, and operating supplies, including ordering, receiving, inventory management, and cost controls.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels while reducing waste and controlling costs.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and Aramark operating standards.

• Oversee responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain strong coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues quickly and professionally.

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development of restaurant employees.

• Maintain a visible leadership presence in the operation and step in where needed to support the team and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience required.

• Previous restaurant management, food and beverage management, or dining operations leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Experience supervising and developing frontline employees.

• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, payroll, budgeting, inventory, and cost controls.

• Experience overseeing or supporting alcohol service preferred.

• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and operational compliance.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build strong teams and maintain high standards while remaining hands-on in the operation.

• Must be comfortable living and working in a workforce community environment.

• Must have open and flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and changing business needs within a seven-day operation.

• Typical hours are approximately 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM but may vary based on operational requirements.
