This role is crucial for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely material flow, and supporting the company’s expanding nationwide reach. The TL;DR Role: Full Time Location: In-person, Pecos, TX Team: Provides staff support for the warehouse function and reports to a direct supervisor. Mission: Ensures the efficient and accurate management of materials and equipment within the warehouse function. What You’ll Actually Do Manage: Daily department operations, including scheduling activities and defining performance expectations to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee: The maintenance of accurate and current inventory records for all materials and equipment, from receipt and storage to issuance and off‑site transfer, including monitoring for necessary restocking or returns. Coordinate: The comprehensive scheduling and shipping or delivery of all materials, equipment, and inventory items, meticulously ensuring all required permits and safety checks comply with legal and company policy. Facilitate: Seamless inter‑company deliveries and returns by coordinating with appropriate personnel and ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately and timely completed. Lead: The development and implementation of department standards and procedures, while also actively coaching and providing guidance to teammates as required. The Must-Haves Background: Manager with a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, possessing a general understanding of comprehensive warehouse operations. Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in the safe and effective operation of general warehouse equipment.
