Location: Moline, IL

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Verify patient demographics and ensure specimen labeling accuracy
• Maintain required records and documentation with a high degree of confidentiality
• Provide exceptional patient service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable
• Perform specimen collection and processing duties accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Support coverage needs at multiple locations when required

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong pediatric draw experience required
• Excellent phlebotomy skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboard and data entry experience
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
