Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) - Case ManagerThe Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting individuals and families across the continuum of care. This role utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; administer medications and treatments; perform clinical procedures; and provide patient education and care coordination in collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders and policy.Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions or escalation of care.Provide patient and family education related to care, medications, and discharge needs.Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record.Facilitate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of services.Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.Maintain a clean and safe working environment and report any defective or missing equipment.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state required.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.Basic Life Support certification required.Case Management experience is required.Case Management certification preferred.ScheduleThis position operates on a Monday to Friday day shift.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
