Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient located in Sartell, Minnesota. This position involves evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating effective return to community activities. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must hold Pelvic Health Certification (Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health Certification), 6 months to 1+ year outpatient clinical experience, active/applicable license for the state of Minnesota, CPR Certification, no new graduates considered
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired, previous experience with Select Medical is nice to have
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval, as indicated. Participates in student programs and maintains professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities. Adheres to state Practice Act and other regulatory standards, maintains licensure in good standing, and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values, emphasizing safety and professional conduct.
