Qualifications for a Laboratory Technologist / Technician:

• Degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT) or a related field from an accredited institution (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• ASCP certification or eligibility for certification.
• Expertise in lab procedures, equipment management, and quality control methods.
• Preferably has experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and relevant computer technologies.
