Site Reliability Engineer, Launch Program - O'Fallon

Salary: $81,000 - 81,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates currently enrolled in a Bachelors or accelerated Masters program, with an expected graduation window between December 2026 and June 2027.
• We seek experience gained through projects or internships involving programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar tools.
• We prefer exposure to Linux or Unix environments, along with foundational networking knowledge.
• We value internship or substantial project experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as DevOps methods, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation tools.
• We look for understanding of system monitoring, observability, application reliability, troubleshooting, and performance tuning concepts.
• We appreciate familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, Bitbucket, PCF, or comparable technologies through coursework, projects, internships, or self-directed learning.
• We want strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship, as this role is not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.

• We handle daily operations with a strong focus on triage, root cause analysis, business impact assessment, and blameless post-mortems.
• We engage early in the development lifecycle to be proactive in the development process.
• We proactively manage production and change activities to improve customer experience and increase the value of supported applications.
• We manage risk by connecting our work to compliance and risk mitigation across all environments.
• We align product and customer-focused priorities with operational needs by providing continuous feedback throughout the lifecycle.
