At St. John's Health, you'll join a hospital-connected rehabilitation team that provides true continuity of care across the full patient journey while collaborating closely with physicians and fellow therapists. By working across home health, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and acute care settings, you'll treat a wide range of diagnoses, patient populations, and functional challenges. This variety accelerates clinical development and helps you become a more versatile, well-rounded therapist. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Compensation: $93k - $104k + $10k sign-on bonus inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
