Your MissionAs a Classroom Aide - Head Start in Watertown, SD, you’ll help create a safe, engaging space where young children can learn, grow, and feel confident. This part-time role exists to strengthen classroom routines and support early learning moments that matter.Key responsibilities include assisting the teacher with classroom activities, helping prepare materials and learning areas, supporting children’s positive behavior and participation, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment.Required qualifications/skills: - Genuine interest in working with young children and families- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Reliability, patience, and sound judgment- Ability to follow classroom and program procedures consistentlyPay range: $13.39–$18.90 per hour.
