POSITION SUMMARY

Blackbird Health is looking for an Adolescent Addiction Therapist to join our team. This is a hybrid role out of any of our current PA clinic locations. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. You will provide support to our patients who suffer from video game and other addictions. through integrated care Employment Options Available Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT). W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) * Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours * Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends * Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)

• Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
• 17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours per week

Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest. * Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match

WHAT MAKES YOU, YOU:

* Experienced clinician with a passion for working with adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices * Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

* Provide individual evidence-based therapy to adolescents, and young adults (ages 10-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care * Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress * Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients * Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support

• Collaborate with other specialty providers
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

THE BASICS YOU'LL NEED:

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania
• Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy

to children and adolescent patients

• Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET

during the week and/or weekends
