Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Agent - 7 am to 3 pm and 3pm to 11 pm FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE Pay: $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 based on experience. We are looking for outgoing, professional individuals who enjoy working with guests and providing excellent customer service. Because hotels operate 7 days a week, applicants should have reliable transportation and be available to work their scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Check guests in and out. Answer phones and assist with reservations. Respond to guest questions and concerns. Process payments accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk. Communicate with housekeeping and other departments. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Provide excellent guest service throughout the shift.
