Enriching life is a crucial component of what we do daily. Powder Coater The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing and painting various sheet metal products. They will securely hang prepared parts in the spray booth and operate a powder coating spray gun. Once sprayed, the Powder Coater will place parts into an oven for processing and examine the finished products for compliance. Essential Functions Follows work instructions to powder coat sheet metal parts for various customers. Reviews finished parts, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards. Assists on other projects as assigned. Reports To Industrial Paint Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of powder coating experience preferable. Attention to detail. Possess a thorough understanding of all processes in the painting area. Ability to understand and carry out complicated verbal and written instructions.
