Front Desk Client Care Specialist - Evenings and Saturdays

Business Hours: Mon 9:00-3:00, Tues thru Fri 9:00-7:00, Sat 9:00-5:00

Evenings and Saturdays are required, approx. 25 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out, setting the tone for a relaxing experience
Schedule and coordinate appointments seamlessly using our advanced booking system
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members—whether by phone, email, text, or in person
Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming to ensure smooth daily operations
Share details about our services, packages, and promotions to help clients make the most of their visit
Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns with grace, speed, and professionalism
Support housekeeping with laundry and tea service prep to maintain our signature Wingate ambiance

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and polished communication skills that make clients feel welcome and cared for
At least 1 year of customer service experience—bonus points if you’ve thrived in a fast-paced, client-facing role
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail—you keep things running smoothly
Confident with computers and a quick-learner when it comes to new systems and tools
Reliable availability for evening shifts and Saturdays—this is essential to support our busiest times
