Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting tailored treatment protocols
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and functional independence
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including nurses, doctors, and other rehabilitation specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Inform and educate patients and their families about treatment objectives, discharge processes, and suggested home exercises
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards
• Engage in care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to facilitate cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent advanced degree from a recognized educational institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is highly desirable
