A respected law firm in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing legal team. Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and financing agreements.
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract negotiation through due diligence, closing, and post-closing matters.
- Review title commitments, surveys, closing documents, due diligence materials, and related transaction documentation.
- Advise clients on commercial real estate matters, including development, land use, zoning, regulatory issues, and transactional risk.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to keep transactions moving efficiently.
- Manage multiple active matters while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.

Compensation and Benefits

- $140,000 to $170,000 per year, plus performance bonus.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle commercial real estate purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and closing transactions.
- Draft and negotiate real estate agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transaction documents.
- Review title, survey, due diligence, and closing materials.
- Advise clients on commercial real estate, development, land use, zoning, and regulatory matters.

- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- 4 to 7 years of commercial real estate attorney experience required.
- Experience with commercial purchase and sale transactions, leasing, title review, closings, and commercial loan documents.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced legal environment with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and transaction parties.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience representing clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Familiarity with development, land use, zoning, and regulatory matters in Florida.
- Prior law firm experience handling multiple real estate transactions simultaneously.
