Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Agent to support customer outreach, relationship-building efforts, and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, delivering information clearly, and representing a company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding products and services.
Support outreach and customer engagement activities.
Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
Participate in promotional campaigns and community initiatives.
Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
Support customer acquisition and retention activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve communication goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Competitive Salary: $53,000 - $59,000 per year.
