Key Personnel is seeking a Collections Call Center Agent to join a busy call center in the Tulsa, OK area.

Collections Call Center Agent Pay Rate: $13/hr with unlimited bonus potential

Collections Call Center Agent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Collections Call Center Agent Summary:

The Collections Call Center Agent is responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to individuals with unpaid court costs, including those with active warrants. This role requires a calm, professional, and relatable communication style to effectively engage individuals, explain obligations, and facilitate payment arrangements. The ideal candidate is confident, composed under pressure, and experienced in persuasive or sales-oriented conversations.

Collections Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls daily to individuals with unpaid court costs
• Clearly explain outstanding balances, payment options, and next steps
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor during challenging conversations
• De-escalate tense situations while keeping discussions productive and compliant
• Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage resolution of balances
• Accurately document call outcomes, payment plans, and account updates
• Meet or exceed daily call volume and collection performance metrics
• Adhere to all company policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards

Collections Call Center Agent Qualifications:

• Prior experience in collections, call center, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional with a difficult population
• Confident, persuasive, and relatable communication style
• Comfortable handling objections and sensitive conversations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Sales or outbound call experience preferred
• Collections or high-volume call center environment experience preferred
• Experience working with diverse or high-stress customer populations preferred
