How you’ll make an impact in this role Implement and adapt personalized care plans by continuously monitoring patient progress, ensuring every clinical intervention moves the patient closer to regaining their independence. Advocate for patient safety and clinical excellence by accurately documenting the care journey and executing physician orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of quality. Navigate the discharge and transition process in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring patients and their families are empowered and prepared for a successful return home. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
