Advanced Quality Engineer

Program Quality EngineerRequired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Source Inspection, or Final Inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AS9100, quality management systems, and aerospace manufacturing requirements. Experience inspecting and evaluating: Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) Electromechanical assemblies Wire harnesses and cable assemblies Electrical and mechanical subassemblies Build-to-Print (BTP) products Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation. Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action management, and nonconformance processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Internal Auditor Certification. ASQ Certification and/or active ASQ membership. Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001 standards.
