The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build relationships with clients and candidates while learning the full sales cycle. You'll help companies solve hiring challenges by identifying, attracting, and placing top professionals in permanent positions. This is a fast paced, relationship driven sales role where you'll have the opportunity to build your own market, develop a book of business, and earn uncapped commission based on your performance. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs Source and connect with top talent using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools Interview candidates to understand their experience, career goals, and motivations Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the offer process Build long term relationships with both clients and candidates Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish Work closely with your team to achieve goals and celebrate success together Training and Career Growth You do not need recruiting experience to succeed at Lumicity. Our leadership team started in this same role, so you'll be trained by people who understand what it takes to build a successful career in recruitment. You'll receive hands on coaching in sales, negotiation, business development, and relationship management from day one. Promotion is based on performance, not tenure.
