As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relations, creating and publishing schedules, enforcing company policies, and coaching your team. This Site Supervisor works with the valet attendants and is often in the valet lane, ensuring Prompt, Polite, and Professional customer service is consistently provided. Compensation and Benefits $20/hr starting + Cash Tips Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance - available after waiting period 401(k) with 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment PTO available at hire Earned Wage Access Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays) Weekly Pay Shifts Available Full-time 8am - 5pm Locations Creve Coeur, MO Primary Job Responsibilities Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures established by the site contacts. Provide coaching and other disciplinary actionswhen necessary Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase Maintain personnel records Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location Become familiar with the employee handbook Become familiar with all policies and procedures at your designated establishment(s) Ensure compliance with the most current policies and procedures established by the client Consistently check in with your Account Manager Effectively communicate with the leadership team Establish a good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment Ensure employees are supported Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
