Requirements

1. Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
2. 1+ closed real estate transaction — you've done this, you know how it works
3. Ready to commit to full-time or near-full-time production hours

5. Comfortable with CRM technology and pipeline management tools
6. Goal-driven and motivated by production numbers, not just referral convenience
7. NOT required: an unlimited sphere of influence — our platform provides what referrals can't

Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $75,000 – $200,000/year | Commission + Bonus

Schedule: Self-determined | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability
