Pay & Bonuses
Starting Pay: $14.50 - $15.70 per hour
- Earn an additional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus

Available Shifts
Day Shift
7:00 AM - 3:45 PM Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays for overtime)
Evening Shift
3:20 PM - 11:50 PM Monday - Friday
Night Shift
9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Monday - Friday

What You'll Do
As a Production Team Member, you will:
- Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
- Perform hands-on production tasks
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Complete accurate production records and documentation
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Use basic hand tools as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
