Job Description
The Well Pump Troubleshooting and Sales role combines technical expertise with customer-facing sales responsibilities, supporting the installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of well pump systems. This position focuses primarily on direct and field sales interactions, employing digital diagnostic tools and manual inspections to provide accurate troubleshooting and excellent customer support, with opportunities for growth in sales, technical specialization, and management.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot well pump issues using digital diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Support sales through direct customer and field sales engagements
- Assist in pump system installations and provide technical support
- Diagnose system problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer relationships through effective communication and service
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in pump troubleshooting and sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty knowledge of well pumps and pump system diagnostics
- Customer service and sales techniques expertise
- Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic electrical knowledge relevant to pump systems
- Effective time management skills
