AGI provides on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and safety incentive bonuses.As an AGI GSE Helper, you will:Assist mechanics with repairs and troubleshooting on gas/diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and more.Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and cleaning equipment.Help track and document preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring tools and parts are readily available.To be an AGI GSE Helper, you must:Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Be able to obtain airport security clearance, including a thorough 10-year background check.As an AGI GSE Helper, you must be able to:Lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) regularly.Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.Work outdoors in all types of weather and around machinery noise.This role offers a chance to learn from experienced mechanics and gain valuable skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
