Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $24 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description We are looking for a full‑time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Kansas City, KS. What it's in it for you: Health and dental insurance 3 weeks paid time off your first year Holiday pay Life insurance Employee assistance program Wellness rebate Retirement savings plan (403b) Here's what you'll be doing: Maintain a clean and safe environment Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs Do all duties related to unit turnovers Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks Implement required unit and building inspections Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs Work independently Effective communicate orally and in writing.
