- Expertise in all aspects of air-assisted and airless paint spraying.
- Set up and adjust paint systems to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Clean and maintain equipment according to company procedures.
- Follow documented processes and safety protocols diligently.
- Perform quality control checks before and after painting.
- Operate forklift and overhead crane (a plus).
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Meet production and safety standards consistently.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and simple documentation.
- Capable of basic math, tape measure reading, and measurement conversions, if required.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and handle tools comfortably.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, with proper techniques.
- Good attendance, safety record, and positive attitude required.
- Experience with air-assisted and airless spray painting systems.
- Equipment setup, operation, and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
