Location: Remote Ok But Preference In MN

Job Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and implement software solutions using identified integration technology stack

Analyze existing software functionality and code to identify cause of bugs and design solutions

Create and maintain technical artifacts such as flow design, API specs, data model and technical design specifications

Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing

Design and develop reusable flows, components, frameworks and libraries

Work with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers and other stakeholders to groom & solution features

Review code and approve code merges, providing technical guidance & best practices

Leads small projects, mentor, train other team members and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training

Provide input to forecasting and planning activities
