Responsibilities & Expectations Administrative Support Schedule and prepare for meetings, manage mid-level communication, and maintain organized project files. Project Coordination Support PMs by coordinating specific project segments, assisting with budgeting, and performing initial takeoffs under guidance. Documentation and Reporting Assist in generating project status reports, maintain logs, and support tracking of project progress. General Support Support the project team and complete tasks assigned by higher-level PMAs or project managers. Work closely with the project team to ensure alignment and act as a resource for PMA Level 1. Additional Duties: Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks to support the overall business objectives, while proactively seeking opportunities for continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications and Competencies 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related rolesrequired. Competency with project management software and Microsoft Officerequired. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingrequired. Must meet company, client, and/or regulatory compliance requirements, which may include a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR), criminal background check, drug screening, or other screenings, depending on job duties or site access requirementsrequired. Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes is highly desirablepreferred. Experience working on projects that involve cross-functional teamspreferred. Familiarity with the use of specialized project management or estimating softwarepreferred. Physical Requirements This job involves both indoor and outdoor work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Staircases, step stools, stand, walk, sit, and operate vehicles for extended periods.
