Social Worker I (CSW)

Responsibilities Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, counseling, and information and referral services. Assist with financial assistance and supportive services for patients and families. Conduct case and milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, and develop and re‑evaluate treatment plans. Coordinate discharge planning and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Maintain clinical records and complete necessary documentation for each client during their stay. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Current registration as an intern with a Board, as appropriate to education and licensing requirements. Minimum one (1) year of inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current preferred. Pay Transparency Saint Michael's Medical Center offers competitive compensation. The current compensation range for this role is $27.76 to $32.16 per hour. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreements and/or employment status.
