You will have access to our user-friendly counselor portal, facilitating easy scheduling, client management, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chats, focusing on establishing trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at resolving clients’ unique issues. \n
- Provide ongoing assessments and monitor progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as needed to promote clients' mental health and well-being. \n
- Facilitate sessions that help clients gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to develop coping strategies and tools for personal growth. \n
- Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care and resources for clients. \n
Your clients will encompass diverse backgrounds and age groups, dealing with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients from various demographics will contribute significantly to their healing journeys. We match counselors with clients based on their specialties and preferences, ensuring fulfilling relationships and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Must possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon. \n
- Ability to work independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence in clinical judgment. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, essential for client engagement. \n
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with telehealth technology. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
