Regional Maintenance Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee multi-site maintenance performance across a large operational footprint, with a focus on asset reliability, team capability, and consistent execution. The Regional Maintenance Manager will partner closely with site leaders and senior maintenance talent to identify gaps, drive improvement plans, and strengthen operational standards. The position also plays a key role in coaching front-line leaders, improving uptime, and supporting maintenance effectiveness across facilities throughout North America. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Deploy to sites to assess performance and address operational gaps Evaluate maintenance execution and team capabilities to create improvement plans Establish and enforce maintenance standards to enhance asset value Conduct audits for consistency with program standards Act as a mentor to senior maintenance leaders on-site Identify leadership development needs and tailor coaching Develop reliability plans to maximize uptime in facilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 6+ years of management experience, including leadership of salaried teams Experience in multi-site maintenance leadership, overseeing 80+ employees Proven ability to lead change and drive performance improvements Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment systems in logistics environments Willingness to travel 70–80% across North America Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 100% paid parental leave Generous Paid Time Off and holidays Early wage access through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
