Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Position Summary State of Location: Virginia. As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child's needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Responsibilities The role involves collaborating within a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver world‑class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. You will maintain autonomy in your clinical work while supporting patients and families with consistent, high‑quality treatment plans. Qualifications Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – must be licensed as an SLPA. AAS Degree or a Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant Certificate. Current or pending licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant within the respective state. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
