What You'll Do

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents

• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Support positive resident outcomes through teamwork and communication

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Maintain professional nursing standards and follow individualized care plans

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current LPN license in the state of employment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience or knowledge in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
