Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs. \n
- Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that families are involved at every stage. \n
- Monitoring and documenting outcomes, while working collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. \n
- Providing guidance and emotional support to families, enhancing their understanding of their child’s development and available resources. \n
- Implementing strategies derived from evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s unique learning style and needs. \n
- Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations as you administer care and evaluations. \n
- Utilizing a coaching model and natural environment teaching methodologies to enhance family interactions and child engagement. \n
The primary focus of this role is to support young children—specifically infants and toddlers who may be facing disabilities or developmental delays. Through our Children’s Services programs, you will play a crucial role in helping these children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during their formative years. You will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and enhancing family dynamics.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Department of Public Health. \n
- A valid driver's license for potential in-field assessments and engagement. \n
