School Speech Language Pathologist - Agate, Colorado

Key requirements:

• Active Colorado SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Certification
• Experience in school-based settings or a strong interest in working with children and adolescents
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for students requiring speech-language services
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expert input to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all services provided
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to promote positive outcomes
