We are seeking a reliable and compassionate TBI/NHTD Caregiver to join our dynamic team and provide one-on-one in-home support for clients living with traumatic brain injuries and related cognitive or behavioral health challenges./ppResponsibilities:/pulliProvide non-medical in-home support for clients with TBI, cognitive impairment, mobility issues/liliAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping/liliMaintain a structured, calm, low-conflict environment/liliUse redirection and de-escalation techniques/liliSupport routines that reduce confusion, agitation, impulsivity, and overstimulation/liliObserve behavior changes and report concerns promptly to the care team/liliDocument care accurately and professionally/liliBuild trust with both client and family while maintaining boundaries and consistency/li/ulpIdeal Candidate:/pulliExperience caring for clients with TBI, memory impairment, mental health diagnoses, or behavioral challenges (TBI/NHTD Certification)/liliComfortable working in homes where emotional regulation, structure, and safety awareness are important/liliAble to remain calm under pressure and respond professionally to difficult situations/liliStrong communication, patience, and observation skills/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliHHA/PCA Certificate/liliAble to work 12-hour shifts/liliFluent English/liliCOVID Vaccination/liliCurrent physical including MMR vaccination, Quantiferon or PPD, and a current drug screen./li/ulpCompensation and Schedules:/pulliSchedules: 12-hour shifts (8-8 or 9-9) day and overnights/liliCompensation: $23 plus benefits/liliWeekly pay and On Demand Pay perk!/liliDirect Deposit/liliHealthcare Benefits/liliPTO (Paid Time Off)/liliReferral Bonus!/lili401k retirement savings!/li/ulpIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to clients with TBI/NHTD, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
