We take pride in our workmanship, customer service, and team-oriented culture. *Position Overview* We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities *  Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems *  Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment *  Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related * systems *  Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers *  Complete service calls efficiently and professionally *  Maintain accurate service records and job documentation *  Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations *  Participate in an on-call rotation as needed *  Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment * Qualifications *  Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience *  Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills *  Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems *  EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly *  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record *  Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively *  Excellent customer service and communication skills *  Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions * Preferred Qualifications *  NATE Certification *  Experience xkmhxrz with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems *  Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applications Benefits *  Competitive pay *  Paid holidays and vacation *  Company vehicle (if applicable) *  Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities *  Supportive team environment *  401K *  Health and Dental Insurance To Apply: Please send your resume to and or call (6 for more information.
