BDC Representative Automotive Sales Support

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is critical to the customer experience and serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers.

As a BDC Representative, you will handle inbound phone calls and online inquiries, identify sales opportunities, and schedule showroom appointments for our sales team. If you have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and an interest in sales and marketing, we want to hear from you.

• Answer all incoming phone calls and internet leads promptly and professionally

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms

• Log and update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom

• Follow up with customers who do not show for scheduled appointments

• Maintain a working knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and engagement

• Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

• Assist with additional dealership tasks as needed

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

• Previous experience in sales, BDC, call center, or customer service

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

• Ability to learn products, processes, and systems quickly

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
