We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Copy Center Associate to join our team in Coraopolis! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience operating print and finishing equipment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products while providing outstanding customer service.

Location: Coraopolis, PA 15108. On-Site team is responsible for managing the copy center at a large retailer's corporate headquarters. The facility includes an on-site food court and fitness center, providing employees with convenient dining and wellness amenities.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with flexibility pending on workloads

Responsibilities

The Copy Center Associate will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a team environment, in addition to:

• Assist customers with print, copy, scanning, and document finishing requests
• Operate and maintain digital copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other finishing equipment
• Prepare files for printing and copying and ensure jobs meet our customer specifications
• Monitor print quality and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment; Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Process orders and maintain accurate records
• Assist with maintaining the copy center - clean, organized, and ensure supplies are well-stocked
• Provide professional, friendly service and recommend products or services that meet customer needs

Qualifications

The Copy Center Associate will display excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:

• Must have access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
