Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Flex Shift

Position: RN in the Main Operating Room, responsible for patient assessment, data collection, and coordinating care plans to ensure safe and effective interventions. Key Duties Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing. Provide tailored patient and family education based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or BSN degree from an accredited institution. Current Illinois nursing license. CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: Previous OR RN experience.
