HR Data Engineer- Contract

Primary Responsibilities Design and Development Experience interacting with data via APIs, including designing and implementing new API endpoints. Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines. Develop, deploy, and monitor agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step HR data tasks and integrate with core business systems. Design and implement scalable data architectures to support the training, deployment, and operational data needs of AI agents. Automate processes to reduce manual data entry. Build, refactor and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from multiple sources. Data Analysis Ability to work with semi-structured and unstructured data. Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements. Identify and implement improvements to our data ecosystem based on industry best practices. Performs business data analysis, identifying key facts and recommendations in accordance with Airbus business standards. Data Quality & Governance Follow best practices via pair programming, constructive code reviews, and thorough testing. Identify key HR Data Transformation challenges and build/maintain a robust end-to-end and highly performant data pipelines platform, using cutting-edge technologies.
