Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with assigned late days during the week. There are no weekends or holidays required.

Job Description

The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist will play a vital role in providing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular services. The candidate will collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure a high standard of patient care in the invasive cardiovascular department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures.
• Educate patients on pre and post-procedure care.

Required Experience and Certifications

• RCIS certification or RT(R) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
