HP PC Sales Representative

Overview Job Type: Regular Work. Location: Best Buy 338 – Albuquerque, NM 87114. Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week). About the Position As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. You will leverage AI training to bring new and dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment. Responsibilities Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store. Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s). Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation. Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report competitive insights to management. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis and maintain a high level of customer client satisfaction. Accurately document and report sales, track activity, and communicate with Retail Operations. Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Maintain attendance and punctuality, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. What’s in it for you? Consistent weekend schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of job experience; at least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn. Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products hands‑on. Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs. Retail experience or customer‑service experience a plus. Training or product‑demonstration experience preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Performance Measurement Regular and prompt attendance. Meeting established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals. Customer/client satisfaction measured by rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
