Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desiredEducates customer on current product line options and basic product specificationsProvide product information (brochures) for customers when requestedDemonstrate vehicle features and technology features to customerEducate customer on optional equipment available for purchaseAnswer questions about the vehicle, technology, and featuresConduct test drivesConduct facility tours (service, parts)Conduct training classes for current customers on technologyProvide assistance to customers as neededWorks closely with salespersonSupports sales team as neededMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulations. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit. Environment Demands: Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Due to the nature of the position, employee may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Heavy standing work.
