We are looking for a highly technical individual who is well versed in Microsoft PowerShell, has recent in-depth experience supporting Windows OS & Microsoft Office products, and has working level understanding of networks and personal computing hardware. The Specialist must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and work well as a team player. Our mission is to support enterprise personal computer systems, and users who rely on those systems, to accomplish their required business objectives. Your work directly impacts the success of the Franchise Tax Board’s (FTB) mission and helps Californians meet their tax obligations, which in turn funds the majority of programs that support all Californians.

Working Conditions

• This position requires 4 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.
