Front Desk Receptionist

United Record Pressing, 75 year old manufacturer of Vinyl records, is hiring for a front desk receptionist.
730am-430pm. $20 an hour.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Arrange client meetings
Organize group conferences
Schedule appointments
Coordinating voice mail
Ordering office supplies
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Tidy and maintain the reception area
Key Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Reliability
Organizational skills
