The company specializes in custom-engineered structures for commercial, healthcare, education, and government clients across the U.S. This is a headquarters-based role at the center of the company's design and business development operation. The right candidate will own client-facing design deliverables from concept through proposal and contribute directly to the company's marketing presence. Anticipate $65K-$85K base, dependent on experience Full suite of benefits: Health, 401k, PTO/Vacation/Holidays Onsite, M-F, just north of downtown Phoenix Portfolio required for consideration (work product) Overview Produce photorealistic 3D renderings and design packages that support sales proposals and client presentations. Develop building design programs by translating client requirements into rapid visual concepts, sketches, and presentation-ready graphics. Collaborate with estimating and sales teams throughout the design and proposal process. Create and maintain marketing materials, digital content, and social media assets that represent the company's project portfolio. Manage multiple active project files simultaneously, coordinating information flow from design through approval, purchasing, and production. Participate in weekly design team cadence; report to the Design Manager. Maintain organized, accurate project documentation throughout each project lifecycle.
